You may create and share digital e-cards for personal or group celebrations. You agree not to upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

User Content

You retain ownership of your messages and media. You grant AmoriaGift permission to display them within your cards.

Payments

All payments on AmoriaGift are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

AmoriaGift is provided "as is." We're not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages caused by misuse.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
